A FEW WORDS ABOUT QUEEN
When BRIAN MAY, TIM STAFFEL and ROGER TAYLOR formed a group, which they called SMILE and which was, according to journalists, "the loudest group of the western civilisation", they could't imagine in their dreams that had laid down the first brick of the future royal building - the band called QUEEN.
SMILE split after a while because of the impatiency of Tim Staffel, but the ambitious May and Taylor, crawing for fame, didn't give it up. They asked Farrokh Bulsara, Tim's friend from the Colegue of Art, whom everyone called Freddie, to join them. Freddie adored J. Hendrix and he used to imitate him between clases holding a ruler in his hand instead of a microfone.
His ex-schoolmates admitted later they would shout at him then: "Sit down, Bulsara, you fool", or "Sit down Freddie, you'll never make it".
The most famous singer of all times was at that time just a shy student, whom his frisky colleagues were trying to silent. But the talent of such greatness wasn't possible to silent just like that. The co-operation with May and Taylor resulted in forming the band QUEEN. Freddie created the name for the band and changed his own as well - he called himself Mercury after the restless messenger of gods.
The forth member of the group became good-tempered and hard-working JOHN DEACON.

These four different personalities were determined to create something above average. Their inteligence, creativity, great talent as well as hard work made them to be the most original band of all times and Freddie showed and proved to everyone he was an artist par excellence.
When after his death famous rock musicians gathered to pay him a tribute, their concentration suddenly revealed to the whole world his true value, because the complete world's musical elité wasn't enough to replace Freddie Mercury.
Queen ceased to exist after Freddie's death. John Deacon explained it with a short sentence but nevertheless very clearly in 1992: "As for us, this is the end. There is no reason to continue. It is not possible to replace Freddie."
